To League Members

We now have a full field of 14 players.

We will have a (7) 2-man teams format.  Happy to report that Ron Szymczak will be re-joining the league!!!!

I attached the weekly schedule.  We will start play on May 16th.  As we get closer to that date I will ask you for your league fee payment.  I will owe the course the first half of greens fees by our first night.  The second half will be paid on week 8.

We will have 2 flights (A & B).  

You will notice in the schedule that each week there will be an odd team out.  That team will play against the average of the field.  The A player will post his score against the average of the 6 other A's and the same for the B player.  Subs will not be included in the averaging of the field.  

Fees: I received confirmation from the course that greens fees will not increase from last year.  They will stay at $17 for 9 holes.  Cart fees may be going up (maybe from $10 to $11), but those fees are separate from your league dues.  Barry to confirm later.

Attached in the pdf is the fee breakdown and payouts so you know exactly where your money is going.

Your league fee is $315.

We will have a Memorial winner (fka The Heider) for each flight.

Teams will be picked in April.  Once the teams are set, I will update the league accordingly.

Playoffs

Similar to last year, we will have 2 rounds of play that will cover 14 weeks, and then playoffs the last 3 weeks.  A league scramble will be played on Championship night.  As with last season, every team makes the playoffs.  

Playoff seedings will be determined by each team's total season points.  The team with the most season points will be the #1 seed and earns a bye the first week of the playoffs.  Seeding tie-breakers will be decided by team head to head outcomes, and then by a coin flip.
